What is Pay Pal?  

PayPal.com is a service that allows you to transfer funds from your credit card, bank account, or existing PayPal account balance.

PayPal provides a free "basic" membership to new members who are not businesses, and allows them to accept up to $100 per month in payments.

PayPal charges a fee to businesses, and members who transfer over a certain dollar amount of payments each month.

 

 


How to Place an Order

Please use our web site's Shopping Cart to place your order.  Next to every available item, there is an "add to cart" button.  Click on this button to add items to your shopping cart.  You need to "check out" before your order is placed.  You can add or remove items from your shopping cart at any time before check out.  Click on the "Shopping Cart" link on any page to see what's currently in your shopping cart.

Forms of Payment

We accept personal checks, US Money Orders, and on-line credit card payments through PayPal.  Our shopping cart system automatically links to PayPal if you choose that payment method.  PayPal payments can be set to us at sales@pinballpal.com.  Payments by mail should be sent to:

All prices are in US dollars.  Checks and money orders must be payable by a U.S. bank.  Because of prohibitive bank fees and clearance delays, we cannot accept checks on foreign banks, non-U.S. postal money orders (even if payable in U.S. dollars), and letters of credit.  If paying by check, your order may be held until payment has cleared our bank.

Shipping and Handling

The shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping and handling charges, based on the size and weight of the items and the method of shipping.  All items are automatically consolidated to minimize costs. 

All packages shipped outside the USA will have proper customs declarations attached, if the regulations and laws so require.  We will not falsify or misstate the package contents for any reason.  Please don't ask us to break the law.

Sales Tax

New York State Sales Tax is collected where applicable.

30-Day Guarantee

Maybe you've ordered the wrong thing, or what you've got is not what you expected.  Maybe you've changed your mind about restoring that particular game, or maybe you've decided to take a different approach.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so regardless of the reason, we provide a 30-day unconditional guarantee. 

You may return any item ordered through this web site for a refund within 30 days of receipt.  We will refund your purchase price if you follow these simple rules:

  • You must return the items in unused condition.

  • You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 30 days of your receipt of the items.  We will then issue a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) for your return.

  • You must return the item(s) to us in suitable packaging, shipping prepaid, and with your RMA number indicated on the package.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  This guarantee does not apply to custom work or special orders.

eBay Auctions

We may occasionally run auctions on eBay for items that we sell.  Unless otherwise specified, there is no difference between these items and the items available via this web site.  If you are bidding on one of our auctions, there is no need to place an order on this web site.  You may, of course, but they will be treated as separate transactions.
